該產品廣泛應用與（yǔ）核電站，地鐵車站（zhàn），電話交換機及計算機控製中心，高（gāo）層建築大樓，醫院，
賓館，大型圖書館，地鐵，地下（xià）商（shāng）場，廣播電視台，軍（jun1）事基地，石油平台以及人員比較集（jí）中，
空氣密度較（jiào）低時的場所。
The product is widely used in nuclear power plants, subway stations,telephones exchanges and
computer control centers, high-rise buildings, hospitals, hotels, large libraries, subways,
underground shopping malls, radio stations, important civil facilities and oil platforms, etc., as
well as more crowded places with low air density.
3. 阻燃，耐火電線電纜的特性和選用
Characteristics and selection of flame-retardant fire-resistant wire and cable
1, 阻（zǔ）燃電（diàn）纜：flame-retardant wire and cable
阻（zǔ）燃電纜是指：在規定試（shì）驗條（tiáo）件下，試樣被（bèi）燃燒，在撤去試驗（yàn）火源後，火焰（yàn）的蔓延僅在限定
的範圍內，殘焰或（huò）殘灼在限定時間內（nèi）能自行熄滅的電線電纜。他的根本特質是：在火（huǒ）災的（de）情
況下有可（kě）能被燒壞而不能運行，但可（kě）以阻止火勢的（de）蔓（màn）延。
Flame-retardant wires and cables means that under the specified test conditions, the sample us
burned, after the test fire source is moved, the flame is spread only within the limited range, and
the residual flame or wire self-extinguishes within a limited time. Its fundamental characteristic is
that it may be burnt out in the event of a fire and cannot operate, but it can prevent the spread
of fire.
阻燃電纜的分類
其中含鹵阻燃電線電纜的絕緣層，護套，外護層，和（hé）輔助材料（包帶及填充）全部或部分采
用含（hán）鹵的聚乙烯（xī）（PVC）阻燃材料，因而具有良好的阻（zǔ）燃特性。
The insulating layer, the sheath, the outer sheath and auxiliary material (wrapping tape and
filling ) of the halogen-containing flame-retardant wire and cable wholly or partially made of
halogen-containing PVC flame-retardant material, thus having good flame-retardant properties.
而無鹵（lǔ）低煙阻燃電線電（diàn）纜的絕緣層，護套，外護層以及輔助材料（包帶及填充）全部或部分（fèn）
采用不（bú）含鹵的交聯聚（jù）乙烯（XLPE）阻燃材料，不僅具有良好的阻燃特（tè）性，而且（qiě）在電線電纜燃（rán）
燒時沒有鹵酸（suān）氣體放出，電線（xiàn）電纜。和含鹵阻燃電纜相比， 無鹵低煙阻燃電纜有低（dī）腐蝕，
低煙的優（yōu）點，但電性能（néng）及機械性能明顯降低，所以在進行電纜敷設時（shí），無鹵低煙阻燃電線電
纜（lǎn）應較含鹵阻燃電線電纜有（yǒu）更大的彎曲半（bàn）徑。
The halogen-free cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) flame-retardant material is used in all or part
of the insulation layer, sheath, outer sheath and auxiliary rib material (wrapping tape and filling)
of halogen-free low-smoke XLPE flame-retardant wire and cable, so such wire and cable not only
have better flame-retardant properties, but also no halogen acid gas is emitted when the wire
and cable are burning, with small amount of smoke. Compared with halogen-containing
flame-retardant wire, halogen-free low smoke flame-retardant wire and cable have the
advantage of low corrosion and low smoke, but the electrical and mechanical properties are
reduced, so when the wire and cable are laid, halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant wire and
cable should have a larger bending radius than halogen-containing flame-retardant wire and
cable.
2, 耐火電線電纜： fire-resistant wire and cable series
耐火電纜（lǎn）是指：在（zài）規（guī）定實驗條件下，試樣在（zài）火焰中被燃燒，在一定時間內仍保持正常運（yùn）行的
性能。
Fire-resistant wire and cable mean that: under the specified test conditions, the sample still can
maintain normal operation for a certain period of time when burning .
耐火電（diàn）纜的（de）結構與普通電纜基本相同，不同之處在於耐火電（diàn）纜在導體和絕緣之間增加耐火層，
耐火（huǒ）層（céng）由多層雲母帶繞（rào）包而成。
The structure of the fire-resistant wire and cable is basically the same as that of the ordinary wire
and cable. The differences is that a refractory layer is added between the conductor and the
insulating layer, the refractory layer is wrapped by a multi-layer mic tape.

A 類耐火電線電纜能夠在（zài） 950℃-1000℃的火焰中和額定電（diàn）壓下耐（nài）受燃燒至少 90 分鍾，而電（diàn）
線電纜不被擊穿。
Class A fire-resistant wire and cable can withstand combustion for at least 90 minutes in
950℃-1000℃ flame and under the rated voltage, without breakdown in wire and cable.
B 類耐火電線（xiàn）電纜能夠在 750℃-800℃的火（huǒ）焰中和額定電壓下耐受燃燒至少 90 分（fèn）鍾，而（ér）電線
電纜不被擊穿。
Class B fire-resistant wire and cable can withstand combustion for at least 90 minutes in
750℃-800℃ flame and under the rated voltage, without breakdown in wire and cable.
以上表（biǎo）格中（zhōng）所包含的無鹵低煙低毒環保型電纜都具有阻燃，低煙， 無鹵（lǔ），低毒，不含鉛，
鎘等有害（hài）重金屬及無磷等特點，在火災時對環境造成的危害小，符合人對生態及保護環境的
要求（qiú），是綠色環保型產品（pǐn）。
The halogen-free, low-smoke, environment-friendly wire and cable included in the above table
have no cadmium and other harmful heavy metals and phosphorus, and have little harm to the
environment during a fire. Therefore, it is an environmental product that can meet people’s
